Using my new Bravo Board

Q: How do I pair my smartphone or smart device to the Bravo Board’s Bluetooth?

First, download the Bravo Youth Sports app if you don’t have it already. Once that is complete, make sure your electronic scoreboard is turned on. Open your Bluetooth settings on your smartphone or smart device. 

Scan for your Bravo Board. Make sure the Bravo Board ID matches the board you are trying to pair with. You can find your Bravo Board ID number by looking at the sticker under the handle on the back of your scoreboard. 

Once you select your Bravo Board on Bluetooth, a passkey will pop up on the Bravo Board and on your phone’s screen. Make sure they match. If they do, press the ‘Pairing Button’ on your Bravo Board. This can be found directly above the ‘ON/OFF’ switch. Press ‘OK’ on your smart device. You should now be connected to your Bravo Board. 

Next, open the Bravo Youth Sports app and click on the ‘Menu’ on the top left of the screen. Click “Find Scoreboard.” Upon initial pairing, a window will pop up asking you to key in the Bravo Board ID number. Enter the Bravo Board ID number. That will be the same ID number you paired your Bluetooth to a few steps earlier. (This ID number can be found by looking at the sticker under the handle on the back of your scoreboard.) Enter that ID number exactly as it is, for example, BYS000077. The ‘BYS’ is case-sensitive. Then tap ok. Go to the “Menu,’ click ‘Find Scoreboard,’ tap ‘Refresh,’ select scoreboard, and you should now be paired.

Q: Can I connect to multiple Bravo Boards at the same time?

No. One device can only pair to one Bravo Board at a time. This keeps users from accidentally interfering with another board’s time and score.

Q: How long does it take to charge?

It typically takes between 4-5 hours to get a full charge if the unit is nearly dead.

Q: How long does a charge last?

Your electronic scoreboard will last up to 9 plus hours on a full charge.

Q: Can I download the app on my iOS device?

Yes! The ‘Bravo Youth Sports’ app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Q: How long will it take to be delivered?

If the Bravo Board is in stock, it will be shipped out within a few days and typically will arrive in a little over a week, depending on where the shipping address is located.

Q: How much does the Bravo Board weigh?

Our portable scoreboard weights less than 30 lbs., making it perfect for travel!

Advertising on your Electronic Scoreboard

Q: When do our digital ads run?

Your digital ads will run multiple times throughout the game. They also will run while the board is on, while no game is active.

Q: Can you edit ads while a game is in progress?

Yes, it is possible; however, ideally, ads would be created and sent to the customer before the game starts. This ensures everything is ready to roll during game time.

Q: How can I order an advertising banner for my board?

You can order your advertisement banner directly from the website. Our team will help you design your banner. All you need to do is send us the logo. We will format it before sending it over to be printed. Ideally, your new digital scoreboard will have your advertisement installed before it even ships out to you.
